1. Overview   
   Brush chipper HXBC1000 is an advanced material cutting equipment. This machine has advantages of many other wood chippers and is manufactured on the basis of shearing and cutting theory. When designing the machine, engineers took careful consideration of the safety of the feeding system, as well as the speed detection and feedback systems, in order to ensure pressure stress was reduced on engineer parts, and that the operator's work efficiency was improved. If the feeding  material is too big or too hard, or the diesel engineer overloads, the system will switch from continuous feeding to intermittent feeding. If jamming occurs, the operator can control the machine manually, and reverse the feeding roller. Besides, the diesel engine waste gas is connected to the chipping chamber, which increases the discharge power. 
   When the mobile wood chipper is operating, material can be chipped quickly and efficiently inside the chipping chamber. The machine itself is strong and durable, with a high production capacity, low energy consumption, and uniform chipping quality. It is also low noise, emits zero pollution, and is easy to operate and maintain.
   The HXBC1000 wood chipper shredder is driven by diesel enginer power, and can be towed by vehicles to worksites.
2.  Application  
   This mobile wood chipper is primarily used to chip branches, undersized logs, wood cutting debris and shrubs to prepare raw material for paper mill, MDF board factory, biomass power plant, organic fertilizer factory, and for landscaping job and tree care job.
3. Main Features  
   3.1 Control system is dynamic monitoring device, monitoring the rotation speed of belt pulley and sending the information of engine load to hydraulic system to adjust feeding speed automatically.
      
   3.2 Start, stop and reverse of feeding system is controlled automatically by computer. The operator only needs to operate the buttons on the control box.
      
   3.3 Hour meter to count the accumulating working time, this will help the operator to decide the maintenance schedule.
      
   3.4 Two emergency buttons are installed on the both sides of feeding platform. Feeding can be stopped in time when emergency appears. Safety is secured.
      
   3.5 Install 2 supporting legs under the feed platform, to avoid sliding when machine working on a slope, and reduce vibration.
      
   3.6  User friendly operation for chipping and shredding of wood, and easy to transport to the worksite by car, pick up by truck or light truck. Add rocking bar to connect the machine to truck easily.
